Dr Paul Stokes is a UNSW Sydney medical graduate with Honours. During his studies, he undertook undergraduate research in embryopathology and embryo culture techniques. From 1982, Dr Stokes worked in one of Australia's first IVF units in Adelaide and then in a UK fertility program.
From 1987, Dr Stokes established a private medical practice with a special interest in infertility and diagnostic ultrasound. In 1996 Dr Stokes introduced IVF services to the Sunshine Coast through the establishment of Coastal IVF in Maroochydore.
