Dr Murray specialises in the delivery of the highest quality subspecialty care in hip and knee replacement surgery, arthroscopic surgery of the knee including cartilage and meniscus pathology, and orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Dr Murray has particular interest in utilising and pioneering the latest technology and research including Direct Anterior Approach hip replacement, Kinematic Alignment Augmented Reality Knee Replacements, Radiofrequency Ablation, Patient Specific Instrumentation and Robotics.

He has operated with world renowned Hip and Knee Replacement and Trauma specialists at prestigious locations across Australia and Europe including Switzerland, United Kingdom and Italy. As Australiaʼs first Indigenous Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr Anthony Murray also participates actively in the Indigenous community and healthcare space.

Raised in Far North, Central and South-East Queensland, and completing medicine at James Cook University in Townsville, Dr. Murray enjoys farming, rugby and fitness.
