Our Cooinda Psychology Clinic was established in 2022 from a desire to assist the recovery of current and future patients and your return to leading meaningful and fulfilled lives. We achieve this by offering genuine partnership, planning, support and evidence-based treatments.

Cooinda Psychology Clinic is a clinical psychology service that forms part of our wider Cooinda Mental Health Service, however, anyone can attend the psychology clinic.

Cooinda Psychology Clinic offers adult mental health treatment for issues such as:
- Anxiety and depression.
- OCD.
- Grief and loss.
- Trauma recovery.
- Relationship and couples counselling.
- ASD and ADHD assessments.
- Neuropsychological assessments.
What is psychology?

Psychologists use evidenced-based research and therapies to assist you to better understand your mental processes, social relationships and interactions. We can provide psychology tools to help you learn better coping strategies to support making healthy, adaptive lifestyle choices, and overcome mental health obstacles.
Referrals

A referral is not required to see a psychologist. However, a Mental Health Treatment Plan completed by your GP attracts a Medicare rebate. Please make an appointment to see your GP to discuss your eligibility.
